Hello, My name is Dr. Silvio and I am research scientist with years of extensive experience spanning across project management of highly complex large scale scientific research throughout the project lifecycle. I have proven track record of leading multifaceted and culturally diverse teams for the successful project completion within time and under budget. I am a resourceful expert who has a history of benefiting top organisation by improving performance, return on investment, and quality.

Further to my career, my broad spectrum of expertise includes Virtual Reality technologies, tools and best practices used in active research with strong command on widespread computer applications, languages, and programming & statistical software.

Successfully functioned with teams of Doctors, Research Scientists and Engineers in project planning, analysis and optimisation of given products and processes. 

Work with a team of interventional cardiologists to develop the concept of a product, the designer specifications and graphic user interface GUI for the new diagnostic system device using stereoscopic 3D images for a PATENT, with marketability. 

Produced and directed a documentary short film stereoscopic 3D Edited Taped Case: 3D Cardiovascular interventional procedure: Using 3D Modelling for diagnostic cardiology interventionist: a prototype for real cases, presented Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics - TCT 2015, San Francisco . 

Created a documentary short film stereoscopic 3D Edited Taped Case: 3D cardiovascular interventional procedure: atrial septal defect secundum-type osmium, presented at TCT 2013 in San Francisco. 

First transmission in Brazil cardiac surgery em Ultra HD 4K resolution. 

Directed a documentary short film stereoscopic 3D Edited Taped Case: 3D Cardiovascular interventional procedure: Heart failure, high output fistula between Ascending Aortic and Right Atrium, presented at TCT 2012, Miami. 

Designed a documentary short film stereoscopic 3D on Atol das Rocas, presented at 11th GLIF Workshop + CineGrid @ Rio 2011. 

Spearheaded a team of Engineers and Mathematicians Petroleum Development and implementation of a graphical interface with virtual reality techniques based on a 3D model for reservoir characterization, in order to follow the process of extraction drilling oil in real time.
